2004 f-250 govenor Q

my buddy wants to know if theres any way to bypass the govenor on his 2004 f-250 5.4L? if so just post up

you need to get a power programmer to change it, such as the super chips one

you can't just pull a fuse or bypass some wires and say good by to the governor
