• Do not write in all caps. It suggests screaming to some people.
• Include the pre and post registration fees, if applicable.
• The venue is the named physical location where the event is held, not the name of the show.
• Let the potential attendees know what to expect and why they should come. In the description box, include elements such as:
  • Who is the hosting organizer?
  • Is there a benefitting charity?
  • Are there awards, door prizes, 50/50 drawings, giveaways, games, etc?
  • Any DJ music, band, or dance entertainment?
  • Are there vendor or sponsorship opportunities?
  • Is the event children or pet friendly?
  • It is rain or shine?
• Should attendees have questions, please include a phone number or email address.

• This is where we are going for Monday. Pencil in for a 3:00 pm or 3:30 pm take off time. We plan to bring over Wes's Army and help Jason put up over 300 candles on the various men and women's markers that have passed serving our beautiful country.

  The Veterans Memorial Park located in Las Cruces, New Mexico was constructed by the Las Cruces Home Builders Association under the direction of the city and was dedicated May 5, 1999. In honor and memorial of the men and women who fought and served in the United States armed forces and in particular, those who served from Las Cruces area, the Veterans Memorial Park exhibits monuments to honor their sacrifices made over the course of history. • Import cars are eligible for trophies. All cars are welcome to join us if they would like to. All other cars may show but not for judging and trophies
• There will be a totally free raffle for $500 Cash, $250 Cash and also $100 Cash.
• There will be an all make and model swap meet.
• Show cars and vendors are allowed 2 entry tickets, spectators are allowed 1 entry ticket. I would interpret a "non-show" CAR to get 1 entry ticket .
  I'm trying to grow the Volkswagen Show into what it was originally supposed to be, Volkswagens. It morphed into including imports the second year due to the low turnout. Personally I'm happy with it and would rather continue to work on expanding that format. I'm looking forward to growing the VW Show in its current format.
