I'm working on a friend's 2003 Impala LS with the Series II 3.8L engine. I probably am going to need to have the timing map tuned for additional fuel economy (and performance if possible) any shops here have the tools and low prices to do it? I'd really rather not buy HPTuners when I don't even own a single car I could use it on.
