Default how to check the cel light open toyota gurus

hey i have a 1993 toyota mr2 and its giving me a check engine light.. how can i check the light my self ?????


help would be greatly appriciated

Jump te1 and e1, turn key to on, count flashes of cel. If you need code definitions text me the codes.. I will tell you what they are a little later on this evening.

If it is number 11 as you have described in your pm, then it's a short in the squib (center airbag) circuit or front airbag sensor circuit to ground.
