Toyotas kicked some butt! (read further down)

There were about 125 cars......pretty good for a first time attempt!

DJ Ed Cullins does a lot of shows around Hillsborough County
and he artfully stepped from song to song to include music from
all car cultures. No matter what you were showing, he had the
kind of music that you were used to hearing. He will be DJing another
charity open show later on in March. keep checking local events.

Team Hatchimoto had jackets and hats for their club and one of their
members won Best Wheels. It was the same car that he won best lighting with
several meets ago. Team Hatchimoto almost got best club. A shout out to the
"Hello Kitty" Honda with pink wheels........

Team Stylez (mostly Toyota) wore matching club t-shirts and took best Club. Mike, one of their members won Best Import. At the end they got everyone together for a group picture. Coming soon they will be putting on a show/meet at a Toyota Dealer to be named, once negotiations are completed by CeliGirl and others.

Both Team Hatchimoto and Team Stylez have a variety of car types.
I see that as a good way of building a larger club instead of restricting it to
one kind of car only.

My congrats to the Toyota folks that supported the event.-Bob

Thumbs up Actually..

The article is fantastic, but let me clarify. This wasn't our first attempt at a car show, it was our (Tampa Jax Wax's) second car show. Both of our shows we made sure to invite from the classics all the way up to the imports. Its a tough thing to do, to bring both families together without rolling of eyes, or leaving suddenly but every one always pats us on the back when we accomplish it. The first show brought out 100 cars, this one brought just under 200, with 125 actually registered for show. The variety of cars was amazing. We has built from scratch classics, new-age ford and dodges, large lifted trucks, 4 race cars, hot rods, mob like suicide door vehicles, a big red wagon, etc. DJ Ed Cullins did a great job (his usual playlist is all classics) So myself and a member from South East Mopars hand picked the variety of music to make sure every single age had a song to bop their head too. We wanted this show to be successful for the organization we raised for, so we wanted all ages to attend, and get along. I have to say it worked (again). We work closely with the High Rollers Classics, and the Import crowds - its only in our nature to combine all of our "customers" in one area and show them what we can do, not only as a detail company, not only as a detail product company, but now as car show hosts. We hope everyone who attended had a great time. And we are looking forward to another event in 2013!

Default it's cool that you are bringing the car community together

The things I thought I heard people saying may have been incorrect.

In either case you did a good job. I have noticed in General Car Chat and Pit Road
that the same few people constantly hate and criticise modified cars.

I think it's cool that you are bringing the car community together for an
appreciation of the other guy's ride and I hope you keep it up.-Bob
