I'll try to update this as I go but I bought an 83 corolla sedan. It'll be my dd and the occasional fun car. My plans are to clean it up, lower it and put my wheels on it (15x8 -25 r, 14x7 -10 f). It has a the 4a-c with a nice weber and sketchy straight pipe. Its a 5spd and the tranny shifts smooth and the clutch feels good.

Plans:

remove rust
paint dark blue
lower it
put on my wheels
install a nice stereo (no subs or any of that bs)
fix exhaust
roofrack maybe..

cruiser status will be achieved... Low and Slow.

Here are pics of when i drove it home. Removing the speaker wire out of the engine bay...there arent speakers in there!!

And cleaning the storage unit.. err i mean.. the trunk..

Nice but too much shinyness for my taste. Clean for sure.

So today i was cleaning more stuff up on the interior, engine bay and exterior. Also, removing the hideous bumpers for now.

I also got a sweet license plate at the mall lol

So last night and tonight consisted of late night engine bay simplification. In the end- 1 vaccuum line, and like 3 wires total. No a/c (compressor was shot) so all of that nonsense is gone. It really looks nice.
Next up-
Degrease bay
Relocate battery
fix exhaust
air filter on the Weber
oil change
and get new pics =]
