Default 89 supra n/a

so im having this problem, whenever i punch it, it seems that the car wont go past 4,000 rpms. i dont know what would cause this so if anyone else has had this problem please lmk what you think or what it was,,,

Check the air flow meter and wiring. Also, look for any vacuum leaks.

theres one on the thermostat thats broken off, but other than that idk..

You have a check engine light on? Did your carpet get stuck under the gas pedal? Sounds stupid but people don't think of it and that ends up being the issue. Is your gas pedal binding up at all. Check the throttle cable and linkage to see if there is any issues.
