Default 2003 Celica GT Leaking Problem

So my GF's car is leaking really bad through the windows and idk what to do... is there a recall because this is definitely a toyota design flaw... its really sucks because her car smells like mildew really bad... i went in there yesterday and found my own personal fishing hole. please help

it could be alot of different things. does she have a sun roof. also i do alot of work with the celica's if you want to chat pm me and i'll give you my number

Hey Justin it could very well be the seals around the window are so dryrotted its letting the rain water seep in.

Or like you said she never put the sun roof down fully which is letting water in.

Doesn't look like a Toyota issue...

it isnt a recall situation, and ive never seen the issue before.
you can adjust the windows in the regulator i believe.

you should be able to barely move a dollar bill in between the run, and the window.

is it leaking into the back seats? if so i know a few people who had this problem (myself included) and there are a few points it could be coming from. let me know if its the back seats and we can go from there

my 1999 celica leaks into the back seats from the left hand side. what needs doing?

do you have a sunroof. if so the plastic drain rail has prob cracked or dry rotted

I thought it was the sunroof, so i taped it with ducktape and it still leaks badly, so there must be another way for the water to get in.

My '01 has a "slight" leak at the top of the driver's side window... This only occurs when I spray a stream of water directly at the window gasket though. I've never experienced this problem though... Is the gasket damaged or misaligned?
