for those that know me, no mroe miata. i can't afford the car payments any more. i'm sad to see it go, best car i ever bought. well i thought i'd get back to my roots and go old and toyota again. so i found this on ebay, guy was local down here in bradenton. everything works, a/c, cruise, power windows!!!! this thing is awsome. plans are for to leave it it stock for the moment, but all the ae86 brakes and suspesnion bolts on, so its gonna get tinted windows, corolla lsd, nice spring shock combo to slam it, ae86 brake conversion front and rear and some deep dish wheels. 58k roiginal miles!!!!

have you looked on classic-celica.com ? You should have no problems finding 18RG motors there.

 

man that celica is clean but theres some that came with lsd and disk brakes there also a 10 bolt like the AE86 gts it would be perfect for a 2jz swap

 

the car you are thinking about is the mk1 supra, non of the celica's had rear disc or lsd from the factory. but it does have the same rear end as a ae86. so all the brakes and lsd off one of those will work.. it will also be getting ae86 suspension and front brakes as well.
