Just take it one step at a time, you know for sure you want to: Tint it, lower it, darken the tail lights. That's a pretty descent amount of money right there. So do those first, then worry about the other stuff later. When you take care of those first couple things and have more money to put into the car..
the mesh grills look horrible on scions IMO

I think the aftermarket ones with yellow fogs might look good on her car. I don't mean the chicken wire, metal grill. The black, plastic factory looking ones is what I'm talking about.

After I tint it and fix the tail lights like how i want them I'm pretty much done with the"looks" part...
maybe fog lights..thats about it
best thing to do is as mentioned above. decide for 100% sure what your end goal is. that way you dont end up wasting money. for example, if you really want to go turbo, dont buy a header as it cant be used with the turbo etc... i wouldnt bother with cams at this point. gains wont be worth the cost. for cams, wait till youve turboed the car etc.. first, cause in na form they really wont help unless you bump up the compression, and then youll likly be raising the rev limit at the same time in which case youll want to upgrade the valvesprings as well, which then since its all torn apart might as well p&p the head etc... it gets spendy. the head for the "built" 7m im building has over $2k in it and i still need to buy cams and adjustable gears, and get the machine work done to fit the oversized ss valves. thats prolly ~$1200 more.

supercharger would be nice, but most kits are more exspensive then turbo kits and they can only expand so much. id honeslty go turbo. you seem like a cool kind of chick that will enjoy being bitten by the power bug and turbo is much easier to upgrade down the line. lol

also, good thing your keepin it clean. i like it when cars look mostly stock but have hidden "secrets" lol. id seriously do springs, struts, and swaybars. thatll make a huge diff in handling and im sure youll love the feel of the car alot more afterwards. plus it makes the car more predictable. and if all that stuff is cheap enough id get strut tower braces as well.

leave it stock then turbo it when you have the funds. All the other crap is worthless.
