Also you forgot to mention, he would also need a custom water pump kit or are you going to pound your firewall to clear the waterpump.

Also are you going for a ST or BT

For power wise, i would say build up a 4AGE. Or if you want something crazy just do a S2K motor or even a KA24 .
isnt the 20v a 4AGE also?! Or am i just reading shit wrong?

by that i meant the "original" 4A-GE, TVIS and 8 port and Non-TVIS 4 port

you mean he would have to bang the firewall becuase of the distributer not the water pump. i would say go with the 20v bt im doing it myself to my ae86. its alot better than the st i believe becuase its comes fully balenced, 11:1 compression, port and polish head, and u can run open itbs with no problem unlike the st where u have to get a sensor and some other crap to make it run open throttle if u want after im done with the project i can help u out?

No. To summarize I saw a st 94 celica dyno at 115 hp with a 20v 4age. it was pathetic. But what ever. You're better off just boosting your blue top. Oh wait you don't have one lol j/k . Nah I would rather go something boost friendly over 20v. But I must say high rpms is pretty fun.
