Well, I'll assume that you are misfiring while driving sometimes and you are trying to troubleshoot it...

Here is a list of stuff I would check:

Pull any codes from the ECU.
Coil pack connections (the inserts on the wires that plug into the coil pack)
Check the gap on the plugs (I've heard of some of the iridiums being way off and um... you can't regap those)
Check your airfilter, make sure you're not chocking the car.

That's the easy stuff I can think of.

The only reason im revving while parked is because if I drive it on the road to 6000 rpms it doesnt misfire as often. I should have mentioned this before. In nuetral, it misfires more often.

I will try those things 1st,

-check codes
-regap plugs
-check connectors
air filter is almost new.

Hopefully this fixes it.

also check your cat, if you still have one. It could also be chocking the car

For 15 PSI, you should probably go at least 1 heat range cooler than stock, and you'll just have to gap them to find what's good for that plug. The plugs I use are 2 heat ranges colder and I use .035, and I've boosted a little over 18 PSI with no problems, all the way to redline (also BPU). Try some of the recommended plugs on MKIV.com.
