I know this has probable been covered. However I can t find anything but an sr5 conversion to gts. I don t wanna convert the whole thing just the motor. Whats it goina take to get a 4age in my POS SR5? Is the cluster and shit needed? Some one help me. Thanks

 

youll need the engine and harness. the ecu. the gts trannsmission (really just the bellhousing). the stock speedo gauge will work. you might need a gts gastank but ive seen people use the sr5 tank just fine.

theres other random things im leaving out.

 

you can use the sr5 tank but you do need the gts fuel pump. I just recently did the conversion myself. Also your gonna need the rearend (lsd) if you really wanna do the conversion right.

 

you use the gts pump or an aftermarket pump as well.

 

the bellhousings are the same so ur straight

 

How much easier is it to go straight from an sr5 to a carb'd 4AGE?

 

ok now i am more confused. so this is my list ECU, harness, motor, i am not trying to convert to a gts just get the 4age in there. specifically a 4agze block. thinkin bout turboin to bout 10 psi. wanted to be stupid and turbo carb a single cam but i can t find any help. does anyone kno anything bout a 4ac head on 4age block? i have a side draft weber that i was goina use. i jus need some help.
