Default need help on my supra

need help!!!!!!!!
i just bought me a 87 supra turbo( 7m-gte) but the car was in the driveway for like a year and it was running before ,,, the reason why they park it was because the speedometer quit working,....now i`m trying to figure out y the car doesn`t start but it turns over ,, i pulled the spark plug out to see if i get sparks ,,yep ,it does,..,,but then it seems like i dont get no fuel , the spark plug was dry when i pulled it out and i dont smell no gas ,, so i check the EFI Fuse but then it was blown so i change to a new one ,,try to start it!! the fuse was blown again,, so i change it to 20amp(it was 15),, now its working but the engine still doesn`t crank up,,,,,,next thing i`m gonna do is to change my fuel flter,, then check my fuel pump,,,,,,,,this is my firsttime owning a toyota ,, so i need help from you guys,, thnks

If the EFI fuse keeps blowing, then thats not the problem. Theres a reason why the EFI fuse keeps blowing. Follow the wiring and see why it does.

The fuel filters on MkIIIs are supposedly a pain in the bitch to get to, mostly I think because they were meant to be "lifetime" filters that dont need replacement. Only occasionaly do they need replacement, though some times they really do.

Good luck!

If it was sitting for a while, there could be a possibilty of the pump or the injectors getting gummed up and possibly clogged.

The gas may even be so gone off that its not even going to provide a decent combustable material. I would start by draining the tank and cleaning it, you h ave no idea all the shit that can be in a tank that has sat that long.
