You should do a 2zzge or 4agte. It would be much faster.

I would love a 2ZZ but there are fitment issues with the motor. Some Euro company swapped one into a Vitz but had all sorts of firewall issues. It's a lot of custom work.
I've heard on various Scion forums that some guys are currently swapping in a 4AGE, so that's also an option.
I still think the 4E is the way to go. With minor upgrades, they can easily make 180 whp, and I wouldn't have to rev the thing to 6800 or so like the 2ZZ just to make some power.

with minor upgrades you can hit 250. 180 from just using a boost controller.

Tell me about it. Who knows what will happen with my car though. I don't want to sound like Orion Zygarian and plan out my mods 5 years into the future.
But for sure right now I am upgrading the suspension...just waiting to install the parts.

yep i have the EP82 4efte swap in my 92 paseo, stock eh could be better its only at 160 with the avc type r tuned i'm also selling a Garrett A/R 48 turbo and side mount intercooler if anyones interested, but yea the 1.3 is a pretty decient little motor, on the autocross track i beat cars i never thought was possible...well hit me up if ur interested on the turbo and intercooler(selling as a set)

I'm no longer looking into an engine swap. If anyone here knows about ELPrototypes, they know what a weird company it is. I havn't heard anything in quite some time in their "swap kit". So, unless someone else steps up to the plate, I don't see it happening.
