Thanks alot guys tomarrow is the big day. I'm going to call him and just tell him I couldn't get around to removing the turbo today. I didn't want to jump into any conclusions but since the majority of you guys have conducted business in the same manner, thats really a sign of relief.

I'll take comfort in suprakid's word... But I'll be watching to see how this turns out.
It is very possible that some if not ALL of the people who were "screwed over" by CMR were put in that position by negligence.

LOL, me and galcrazi put that hood up against that wall in January. Still swapping the blue car or are you actually going to try to put the 5S back in? I know we cut some hoses and wires and stuff, might be a pain trying to get everything back together correctly.
yeah I'm still working on that, It is a pain in the ass. I'm dropping it off tomarrow. Anyways I have to go to cophers and get some stuff for my car. I'll keep you guys posted. If you guys want some info on my rebuild check here.

thats funny, cuz everone i know that has had a turbo built by charlie hates it... the seals have gone or the bearings are shot, after only a few thousands miles... specifically, one of my friends as a turbo built my charlie with only a few thousand miles on it and LOOKS brand new... but it has about 4mm of end play, like the thrust bearing is GONE. not a very good testamet to his work. and this isnt a freak occurance. there are more people complaining of shoddy rebuilds not lasting long at all.
i personally plan to consult another guy out in Lakeland.

I don't like the sound of it, I'd rather drop it off at his home/shop so that way if he tries to jack my shit, I know on which do to go knock. What do you guys think? Any previous experiences?
