of the toyotas i have there are 3 4a engines and one 7m, the 7m is a good motor but the turbo is blown, one 4a has no compression, because the piston rings are shot, the other two are running strong,
so in my conclusion toyotas are breakable but only in the hands of someone that doesn't care to keep it up

 

so what im getting from all of your statements (especially joe) is that: us toyota owners care more about our cars than other people and there brands, along with take the time to learn about them so we can work on them ourselves

Toyotas are pretty unbeatable in lasting forever..... I haev to say my cressida is quite a trooper.

 

Heard a story about a girl who ran a corolla for like 25,000 on the same oil or something..I dunno I'veheard everything. People putting diesel in stead of gas and vice versa, never hurt anything supposedly.

 

i have an SR swapped 240 and i'd still rather have a SUPRA, or a alltrac,or a aw11 s/c, or sw20 turbo, or another ae86, or a 91 cressida with a 7m verison, or...............the list could go on forever. toyota's are pretty unbeatable, and anyone who says other wise takes it in the ass.

 

good cars... my 3s is bullet proof (knock on wood)

however... the ma70 is another story

 

Toyota does make the best cars in the world I think.

I wouldn't say "unbreakable" because every car has it's limits. But they are damn tough.
