I'm still shocked about what happened too! Like I'm just driving normally and all of a sudden I spun out and flew into the fence! Did ya'll go down there and see it? I did at least a total of 10 360s on the pavement and in the grass. I just wished I would've stayed a little longer like 2-5mins, shit would've never happened.

Yeah it's clean, cause I wash and wax it every week, takes me a good 1-2hrs to get it all done and I even spray down and degrease my engine bay like every other 2 days, depending if I drive it or not.

I highly doubt my parents gonna help me with the car, they don't even like it cause it's turbo, loud and taking up my time and money but whatever it's my baby and I don't let to many people drive it or touch it (mechanically).

You should see what it looks like now.. the whole driver side is scratches up, dents in the door, rear quarter panel and a busted rear windshield. I'm hoping after the quote it should be no more than like $2k. I just want the dents out, the scratches I can deal with. The car still runs as if it's brand new! Like I told Terry it only has 73k miles on it, everything original as well from the block, tranny, gaskets, etc. I still even had the bracket on the block holding up my intake.. ask Terry bout that, my shit is minty.

But yeah.. I definitely want to make T&C my new home. Once I get my license and car back up and stuff I'ma come visit ya'll and make a plan with ya'll bout what to do next, if a VTEC head don't pop up anytime soon.

I'm still impressed bout your work Terry, like you did all that within day! Remember I told you bout the downpipe? Them fools took all day just to put my downpipe and change my oil on the car. You ain't even fuck around either.. that's some real shit though.

Quick question, what would be a good choice between 403T and 404 Crower cams for my turbo setup? That's without an VTEC head. I've been searching online and seeing a lot of people putting 404s in a boosted application and was wondering how the hell is that working?

They have 404 for vtec and non but I would go with the bigger cam (404) but the down side is alot of people dont like running them on the streets but, if you have same thoughts as I do I feel every car is streetable.

 

Yeah I want the bigger cams but I want it to be good for my turbo setup, thats why I was reading on Crower's website and it's indicating that it's for a N/A setup. I don't mind having big cams just kinda big on reliability at the moment.

Oh btw.. its gonna cost $3400 to repair the body on my car! Luckily my girl is a RN and she gonna pay it off for me, dunno wtf I'd do without her.

I got 2 choices really.. either repair the car or just go ahead and get another car (preferably 240sx with an SR swap) and repair the DC later. Not to mention the damage to the fence, the ticket and the tow bill.

Once everything is all settled coming right back up there with cams, pistons, etc. yeah buddy!

 

Wow that's crazy. Why don't you try to get your hands on a nice eg coupe or hatch and even another teg and just swap the motor in there. Might be a lot cheaper. Plus civics are a dime a dozen ... Or you can do a me get a dsm and take your turbo from your can put it on an eclipse (I'd be a nice set up) and just sell your ls motor along with parting out what is left that's good on your car...

 

I would do like Rai said and just get another shell I think it would be best and cheaper. Hell you can get a mint ass shell for alot less than what it cost to fix yours.

 

you should come by in a couple of weeks to see the build Im doing now. Once I get alot of the parts here Ill start a new thread but, it will be real nasty. Not going to mention number goals but, I will throw one thing out their gt35r oh & the fact that it will be a sleeper. Already ordered quite a few parts and Ill have those by monday.
