What do you think the main job of a moderator is: Maintaining smooth operation of the various forums while maintaining order of members while ensuring all posted and implied rules are obeyed. A moderator should be a helping hand to new members, leading them to various information they may need to find what they seek. A moderator should be nonbiased, and be sure to not force his opinions on any member, but rather display his while respecing others. It is the job o a moderator to maintain composure on the threads, and to never lose ones temper or instigate a conflict.
A moderator should also be quick to end conflicts in a way that leaves all mebers feeling respected and heard.

Why should you become a moderator: I should become a moderator because for one, nothing insults me. I have been on the site for a good while, and ive seen the different types of members, new member trends, and i know a good deal of the members on this site. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of automobiles with people, and I FIRMLY believe that all people should be heard and respected, whether they be long time Admins or 2 day old members. And there is a person behind every screen name, and that person should be respected...

List users who do not like you: I am not aware of any, maybe people that dont like Hondas or Fords. I cant think of any though...

I realise there may be no response to this post: If there is no response, I will have only lost about five minutes of my life, lol, no big deal. I hope it is considered, but if not, i will still remain an active and contributing member of Tampa Racing.
