I got a suggestion for you
make users have a 10 day trial period in which they can not use the classifieds or the local meet section.
this will cut down on johnny come-lately ricers kids causing shit.
ditch this "rep" crap. its a waste of bandwidth. it only adds to the highschool popularity mentality of this site.
