2005 WRX - Missfire and Low Compression

2005 WRX - Missfire and Low Compression
WRX has been running awful lately - all while throwing a missfire code. Replaced all ignition components with no help.
Mechanic did a compression test and the number three cylinder was low. Looking now like a rebuild will be the only fix.
Does anyone have any ideas? Anywhere in Tampa that does rebuilds on a budget? Hopefully it's a valve issue - and not a bad ringland.
