slow what utec do you have the old one or the delta and i just didnt feel comfortable tuning my own car maybe its easy but id rather pay someone to do it right then mess with it and screw it up sounds like smart thinking to me

Youre an idiot... I bet I can name the only few people that can somewhat work with their tuning software, and its tupas, imslow, and jc... No one else is really that hands on with subys... Most pay to have a cat back installed or think BOVs give you more hp

Thank you everyone for your help. I want to transfer my current tune, which is a hex file, into the UTEC. The instructions clearly state this must be a txt file-- I can't just upload the hex file straight to the UTEC from what I read (maybe I can? Haven't tried it yet). I know how to upload maps-- I don't need help with that lol, but its funny none the less. What I need help with is either transferring my old opensource maps into the utec, or just tuning the utec again. Specifically, converting the AFR table into a maf voltage offset value as required by the UTEC.

I would guess this requires a completely new tune -- as the maf voltage offset is based on the base map according to the UTEC manual and won't just transfer over. Am I correct?

$25k for this? Seriously? I'd rather buy a used 08 STi over that POS, or better yet a C5Z. Hell, I'd love to see a dyno plot of how you made 400whp and 400wtq at only 19psi on a chinese made and assembled 20g. They must be using kung pao sauce on those turbos to make so much more power over regular 20g's. Wait a second, does this still have a 2.0L? If so I call even more bullshit on this thing making 400whp on a 20g.
