My '03 has 160k on it and still runs like a top. Only has catback and wheels, but my wife drives it like she's contending for the FIA championship. Had to put an alternator on it at 110k or so, and it looks like i might need a front passenger CV axle soon, but that's been it. I've also taken good care of it since we bought it new in '02. Synthetic the whole time. I asked a guy at Mastro one day what the highest mileage he saw on a WRX, and he said they have a lady customer with 220 or so.
