Default 07 wrx brake clicking at low speeds

noticed it today, anything 25mph and lower. as the speed decrease so does the clicking. ill be driving in a straight line and hear a clicking from inside the cabin with the windows up, you cant hear it with the windows down, coming from what it seems like the front of the car. when i step on the brakes lightly the clicking stops. drove car up to 25pmh put the car in neutral and coasted, still same clicking, lightyly step on brakes clicking stopped. tried driving and lightly holding the brake and it stopped as well. any ideas what this could be and how to fix it? thanks
