Default I believe my STi is possessed.

I think it broke a record yesterday. Fully built motor, not more than 20 minutes on idle and the timing belt tensioner goes. Driver side head compression? 0. F'n 0. Now to find out how many bent valves I have.

Joe, the car will be ready for the tune. It will be. And if it dies on the dyno, I will f'n burn it, put it on video and then on to Youtube.

Joe, the tensioner went bad.

Here is a picture of the passenger side head. Compression check was great on this side. Even so, check this out.

The two intake valves have the piston stamp on it. The driver side head was not completely off the block. I will know tomorrow how many valves I need to replace. My guess, all 4 intake valves are shot. The compression on that side was 0.

Yay.

upgrade to what? These are BC Stainless valves. As soon as I know, I'll buy the valves individually from BC and overnight them to the shop.

I hope it pays off man. This luck needs to turn around in a hurry.
