Doing som research i have stumbled across this and from what ive read it is what im looking for to help my trans.My question tho is does anyone know where to get the contents of the cocktail the pennsoil is easy but the redline i cant seem to find anywhere but online and the castroil the same.Anyone know lmk or have any expirence with the cocktail post it up.

But didn't a few people with older Model imprezas actually come out with more problems in using the cocktail? I remember reading where it was a bit harsh on a few people and ended up doing more bad then good.

 

I just think Pennsoil is way too thin

 

Yeah everyone has a diff opininion on the cocktail. U can't go wrong with redline shock proof

 

regardless of what you use, throw a capful or two of automatic transmission fluid in there. I mix

I personally mix the redline 75w90 G-5 fluid and the redline shockproof. then the ATF in there of course.

 

im not sure ive read alot and unfortuntly like with everything else one person swears by it another has a story how it screwed up their car.Now alot of the problems people are having that the cocktail fixed seem to be similar to mine so if i could get a few thousand more miles out of my trans ill be happy
