Second guessing the 18G
i went evoIII 16g with 650s and wish i did the 18g probably not a big difference but a little extra power would have been nice. i would agree on going with at least 650s though

Umm hate to be the bearer of bad news but Pinks are entirely too small for a 18g. Why would you buy pinks?
Your fine on a TMIC....just tell you tuner to fatten you up a little. You WILL NOT make the power as if you would with a proper FMIC. They use extra fuel with TMIC to use fuel to cool. With Methanol i say "hell yea," go for it. Just pump??? Eh............
IMHO, I would resell the pinks and cut the caps off your stockers. It's free....then take it to napa and get it flow tested. The one with the most CCs goes in cyl 4, then cyl 3, and then it doesn't matter.
So sell the pinks take the 400+ and use it on a tune, Ebay FMIC, and some beer money and tell me thanks.
If you have a tuner dumb enough to tune you past 90% IDCs you may get your goal. Ten bucks say you will run out of injector....and have to stop tuning. Not only that tuners like to tune boost first. So they will have to go back and undo a lot of their work.

Someone came to me with 550s a 20g and a 440cc nozzzle of 100% meth. He got 15psi.........IDCs were maxed and that before i could even really add any timing.

^^^^^ I would agree if you want to put down max HP that the turbo will allow but if you're satisfied with 325-350 WHP then you dont need anything more than pinks with an 18g...that was my point. Yes you could make more with bigger injectors but I drive my car everyday and what I have (HP) is more than sufficient. It just depends what you're in it for.
Well I am still running stock tranny, and 310-330 AWHP is my goal. I am more into road racing and daily drivability than I am for sheer horsepower. Could I go bigger? Yes, and maybe that is an option later on when I swap the gears in it, and try to go for more. As for now, I just want something I can drive around in, still push it every so often, and have some fun in the twisties.

Yes, and maybe that is an option later on when I swap the gears in it, and try to go for more. read previous post highlighted on top. I Made 317whp on 15psi with that exact turbo,i know because I sold it to him.Maybe weak for u but those are his goals.
