The calipers look similar and the Legacy rotors are not that much smaller than the STi ones. The Legacy GT front rotors are only 10mm smaller in diameter and the rears are 26mm smaller and 2mm narrower.

only b/c of their "launch mode" where you can build boost then blast...sorta like a brake torque technique. either way, to buy a 911 turbo and opt for the auto is absurd. if you can't shift, you should not be in one of the world's finest sports cars. period.

back on topic...i think we can all agree: this STi is NOT worthy of the trim level/name.

autos dont drop boost between shifts and shit way quicker... you can tune an auto tranny with the ecu... autos are faster then manuals but manuals are wayyyyyyyy more fun

^ ok, maybe I said that wrong....what I meant to say was.....you can't make up your mind. You wanted to trade for a 1000hp mustang, then you wanted to build the sti to run 10's and do this and do that etc. then you bailed on it and got the g35. Now with the g35 you want to trade it, sell it, build it etc.

Sadly you remind me of myself and thats why i have to bust your ass about it

i reek off sex money and burning rubber

haha i would have traded for the stang but he backed out cause he had 70k into his car. i regret trading the sti everyday i emailed full race and they were gonna help me on the build so i started parting the car. then the dd i was suppose to buy got sold on me and i needed a car to get to work so i traded for the g with my car missing a lot of shit and broken. at the time i htought it was a good deal but it wasnt... so i tried selling the car and all i got were trades i didnt want so im keeping it and parting the whole car out. i should be buying my dd next week or so its a scion xb lol my turbo kit is supposedly going to be sold next week but who knows

this is not even close to the reason that Porsche's auto is so much faster. However, it makes launching more consistent.

BTW, I miss you man! When are we going for pizza? I befriended the proprietor of a GREAT NJ/NY style pizza parlor near my place.
