Ouch! Rest up and get calcium tablets. I had 2 rods and 16 screws put in my left forearm when i snapped my ulna and radial bones in half. I feel your pain. Get well soon.

Thanks for tip on the calcium tablets, definately will add that to the daily pill intake.

Appreciate everyone's well wishes and replies, expecially the sarcasm
Having the foot reset to 90 degrees in the ER was rather unpleasent

Yeah man, Frank does everything. Turbo installs, intercoolers, headlight painting and restoration, and ankle and foot alignment, the list goes on.
