Our dollar is shit right now, so their prices will be higher when you convert.
Back when our economy was doing well, it was roughly a 2:1 ratio between US and AU money because when I bought my JDM grille from a vendor on ebay in Australia, I paid around $130 usd and according to ebay it was roughly around $280 aud.
