Thanks! Yeah, I remember you saying that. We have already owned the car for the first 27k and had zero issues. Hopefully it stays that way!

Congrats on the Evo! That was my first choice too, but being that I'm a kid in college, the payments would be outrageous, and my insurance from an '01 Eclipse GT to the Evo would go up. Getting the WRX made my insurance go down $90/month! Maybe one day, but for now, I'm really happy with the Subie. My buddy Ryu has an Evo IX that looks like yours. He ran a 10.59 @131mph at Bradenton 2 weeks ago. Have fun and congrats!

Yeah, insurance sucks a big one on the Evo. The wrx is $486/6 mo and the Evo is $808/6 mo. It's crazy how much it is to insure that car.

Really? I've only driven the G35 sedan and it was an auto. That was the SLOWEST sport shift ever! Talk about lag. I hit the rev limiter almost every time. haha

very nice! I'm always a subaru guy at heart, but I remember when I drove my friend's evo when he first got it. Car felt very tight. Sucks about the insurance though, I thought the WRX was expensive, but god damn that evo is terrible.

I remember the first time I drove one. It felt like a gocart with the tight steering and then when I got back into my SRT4 it felt like a huge minivan.
