Default Final Tune

Scott Siegel Tuned @ S and R Performance

I'm not going to be putting another mod in this car for about 9 years or so. debt FTW! I'll get the dyno sheets up later, being that I'm at work.

Blouch Dominator 3
Perrin 3in CBE
HKS Downpipe
Turboxs EWG Upipe Tial 44mm EWG
NGK one step colders
DW 850cc injectors
GMS Turbo inlet
Perrin Bigmaf CAI
Perrin FMIC
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump

409whp / 412wtq

With the cai, my intake temps were much more consistent. That is what probably yielded the few extra hp then before. The car is so smooooooooth now.

--------------------------------------------------

Since my friends never get on here, I'll post up there stuff too.

2007 STI Limited
Turboxs TMIC
HKS Downpipe
Perrin Dualtube CBE
Grimmspeed Uppipe Tial 44mm EWG
NGK one step colders
Some kind of aftermarket coilpacks
Perrin Bigmaf CAI
GM BCS
Walbro Fuel Pump

330whp / 390wtq

--------------------------------------------------

2007 STI

HKS Downpipe
Perrin 3in Stealth CBE
Perrin Bigmaf CAI
Walbro Fuel Pump

324whp / 373wtq

--------------------------------------------------

All cars tuned with the Accessport

I think thats alot of torque for a VF43 but it works for them lol. Also, my engine bay looks so much better without the 8 clamps holding down my aftermaf hose. Too bad my perrin powdercoated ic piping chips if you blow on it too hard.

Nice setup and good numbers. I have a couple q's though, blacksti why did you trade? Lol but seriously have you guys heard of anybody running 1000cc top feed RC Engineering injectors on a 07 sti and are they good? Specvmatt how hard was it to put on your front mount including having to trim your bumper? Thanks guys in advance

On a added note I agree with black on the numbers for the other guys especially on accessport. The third guy I would suspect with a ap tune would realistically make 290s at the most unless what was listed was crank hp then ok but seems little skeptical...

Cobb Accessport for the fail! No offense to anybody but ap is very limited, overpriced for what you get in my opinion...

Well, Frank (Racer_x)did most of the work on my intercooler, including the front bumper cutting. He would be the one to ask. I would hope you were joking when you said crank hp though. I do feel the numbers are a bit high, especially the torque. But it is still possible. As far as the accessport being limited on what you can do, I am not sure what you are smoking. There are 650hp Subaru's running the Accessport. It does not take nearly the amount of tuning effort to tune a 300whp subaru versus a 600whp subaru. So that rules out the accessport issue.

But, about the intercooler. it did not seem like a difficult task, although cutting the bumper to perfection can be problematic. Frank cut my bumper completely free hand, and I get numerous compliments about how good it looks, and I have to admit.. it is damn near flawless.
