I am tempted to get a AEM CAI also; but all the "all intakes need a pro-tune vs. AEM saying it does not has me wondering." Anyone else know can i use a AEM CAI for the 08STi & AP? It's tempting to just get them both.

had an aem cai, didnt really care for it. and mine needed a protune. it went lean on me. so im not really sure what aem is talking about.

from what i read your experience is normal. Screw the AEM CAI for now, i really just need the AP anyways...

my tuner recommends stock intake with drop in filter for the stock turbo. i would just go with that. if you have the money, throw a perrin cai but only if you want to get protuned.
