I ran AEM CAI on my 08' STI with no tune. Had no problems at all.

I have them. I actually went from the 615'a to these because I was tight on cash. But so far they are great. They are quieter and have a softer side wall so the ride it smoother. I haven't had a single traction issues either rain or shine. I would definitely recommend them.

Yeah I'm looking to save $120 by going with the NT555s over the 615s. Im thinking they will last a little longer than my MXs, which I only got 20k miles out of.

Good enough for the street with a very limited amount of spirited driving?

I always drive spirited.

Not a single traction issue so far.
