lmao, i did the install. every thing was TQ down to specs. dont see how you can misalign anything LMAO.
The only way i can see the throw out bearing bending like that is if the metal was to soft there. I talked to andrew today and he said that can only be the case. the fork can only pull the throw out bearing back evenly because it only pivots on the fork pin.

i would just get them to send you another throwout bearing. my guess is that it never fully seated onto the pressure plate for whatever reason and when you pushed the clutch it pulled and put pressure on one side of the ring and pop. i can honestly say that Frank's clutch and pressure are probably one of the greatest feeling and most gripping i've had the pleasure of testing. you'll be very happy once everything is sorted.

but there is no way the clutch is rated for 600hp. The pressure plate is way to soft man. The disc may be capable. I sent everything back today, ill keep everyone updated on what happens. if they dont warranty the clutch im going to be pissed.
i know what your saying about the pressure plate as frank's only felt a little stronger/harder than OEM. But I believe since they have such a grippy clutch surface that it does help. my personal rating of that clutch would definetly be down in my range of HP which is between 400-450. I have the exedy stage 2 3 puck clutch and flywheel, now THAT i'd rate at 500-600hp.. this pressure plate at a stoplight is HELL, my left leg is 2x the size of my right leg after a long drive through the city.
