well meth adds power and water adds cooling if you want to think of it that way. but say you can tune 4psi more with meth (not an actual figure). If you only tune 3psi more you are still making more power, but you are technically "conservative" making it safer.

running methanol injection is a wise choice IMO if your looking to get 400whp.. keep her cool and she'll treat you right!

eartears, i think you should understand there is a difference between running different amounts of methanol to water. there is a difference, so do some research and talk with your tuner before you decide on any injection setup. also tell him if you have safety or power in mind.

yea if you havent purchased any parts yet GO ROTATED! seriously its my regret with the car it makes for a much easier cleaner install you wont have to worry about purchasing an inlet pipe either... i have pe850 injectors and no problems so i would go with them

I know next to nothing about meth/water injection. Im going to do some reading.

I'd prefer to buy from ImportImage. Which of these would be a good option?
Import Image Racing Webstore - SUBARU - WRX/STi 2002-2007 - Water/Alky/Methanol Injection - Coolingmist

You would suggest going rotated just for an easier install? I mean from what I see it will cost substantially more if I go this route? And it looks like the closest option to a Dom 3 would be a 30r. Do they perform on the same level? From what Ive seen it looks like Dom3 has steady 400whp while 30r takes a little more to get there. Is this true?

youll make more power its the same lb/min wheel with a bigger hotside and if you get bored with the 30r all you have to do is by just the turbo (35r,40r,42r) and switch them out instead of a whole new setup

i would personally go with the ultimate racing kits its the same price and they have a proven name behind it... also if youre not in a rush to get this too soon AMS is releasing their kit and its a total vband kit which makes an easy install dont have to worry about gaskets or anything

heres a link to the ams AMS rotated mount turbo kit test - NASIOC
