oh i know i agree. im saying from the getgo they are offering average products at high prices... you either have to sell to the low end or be one of the best.

oh and your oil coolers... not a fan. i am very disappointed.

Ummmm....Greddy didnt declare bankruptcy. Trust declared the equivalent of chapter 11 in Japan (which means theyre not gone either), but Greddy here in the US is just fine.

^ Trust is the same as greddy! LOL 66 million dollars is deff bankruptcy!

LD from what i hear you didnt like the oil lines, the fittings and the color of the cooler.
The oil line is built specificly for oil to travel through it. I hope your not using a rubber base. oil isnt meant for that! ours line has a specific compound so oil doesnt make it brittle or scorch the inside, thats why it isnt very flexable like a rubber base hose is from autozone. The AN fittings are the same as greddy's not sure what the problem there was! and the color! well its anodized blue so yes its gonna look like a electric ice blue. I mean this is coming from someone (YOU) who has a duct tape front bumber but oh well. Sorry you dont like it!!!!

LD, do you know how much it cost to do a cover page or ad in superstreet, import tuner...etc.... Well i do! Its not cheap at all. Greddy spent way to much on advertiseing and not enough money was coming in.

yes, i obviously know about the lines. we used transmission cooler lines, which can handle oil and the high heat... SS lines are made to not compress, then the kit came with AN compression fittings. the line just kept slipping out of the fitting... and the placement of the fittings on the sandwich plate is also not very good. they are so close to the headers, they should be pointing the other way where nothing is in the way

LOL what do you mean the other way! just turn the adapter plate so the fittings arent pointing towards the headers. We have never heard of the lines just coming out of the fittings. your the only person to come to us with this problem! Hmmmm....

Holy shit really??!!! I had no idea Trust was the parent company for Greddy. They declared chapter 11 dude. That means they are still in business, they just have bank protection while they do major restructuring of the company. Trust will be back. Maybe you need to learn more at work because Greddy is fine...

UPDATE: Greddy in U.S. still good to go - Autoblog

i meant more about the angle and length of the fittings, and its mainly a problem because of the style of the sandwich plate.

but yeah im not trying to stir up controversy, thats why when kyle first mentioned getting an oil cooler I told him to PM me.

I still stand by my word! That update is bullshit. 2 months ago there was word that both trust and greddy were doomed. I do think they can rebuild the company but they should seriously looking into priceing on there products. look at metal prices today! they have gone WAY up. Look at the economic inflation, ppl cant afford these products at this price, these days!

Today, one of the world's largest performance parts companies, known as Trust in Japan and Greddy here in the States, declared bankruptcy. According to various reports, Trust is approximately $60 million in debt and, after reporting a serious decline in sales since February 2008 and amassing $43 million in loan payments, filed for bankruptcy in Tokyo District Court.

Trust has been around since 1976, employs almost 200 workers and had been dealing in everything from CARB-legal exhausts to turbo systems when Greddy Performance Products was founded in the U.S. in 1994. There are several firms that will step up to fill the need of enthusiasts, assuming that Trust doesn't try to reorganize, but with the aftermarket industry down overall, we suspect this won't be the last time we'll hear about a large tuner going under
