Default alright i need help!!!

ok i think my fozzy died!!!!! on the way to work yesterday my car shut off at a stop light i got it started again but it ran like shit, so wonce i made it to work after it shutting off at 2 more stoplights i decided to pop the hood and call frank, and from what he heard over the phone and from what it i heard it sonds like a broken rod or something involving cylinder 3.

so the problem is either getting it rebuilt,or just do a sti swap or my favorite idea ez30r(h6) swap. so anyone who can help me out it is greatly appreciated

thanks
NICK

if its a very hard knocking could be a spun bearing. just get a 2.5 block and bigger turbo and ull be good

Do the STI block; they are easily obtainable and you can use your same heads.

Cost effective would be picking up a WRX block, im sure you can find one cleaper than a STI block, but if you are going to do it, do it right.
