did you get tuned after yours? I don't know how much leaner the car is running from this, and I haven't been able to get in touch with snowman the past few days.

 

Nope. I didnt even check to see if it did lean out or not. I have a wideband in the car to check, But i have always ran rich so im not worried.

I think if you plan on doing a good amount of mods you should do it yourself... Always good to know how to fix things and you'll have a lot more respect for youself knowing you did all the work and built the car.... When I bought the sti I didn't even know how to change the oil and now I can do just about everything... It's not hard just some things are time consuming... But hey that's just me

I am on my 4th subaru.....well 3rd and 4th and I have done everything except build a motor or tranny. Now that I have done so much and worked on so many other peoples subies......I am to the point where I don't want to work on my own car anymore, sometimes I wish I could let someonelse do it but then I remember how anal I am and just do it myself. I can't count the amount of mods and stuff that I have for my car but just don't feel like doing lately I think i am just waiting to be ready and then do a massive install and burn myself out again

 

I am kind of to the point where I really don't want to do stuff anymore. I mean, I have at least 100 hours under the car by myself. But then I look at my dad who gets bored and pulls his engine for the fuck of it, and I realize I can't get tired this fast lol.
