i just got a carbon fiber hood for my s203 wrx and it has the sti hood scoop, What should i do about the air deflector thing that goes in it to guide the air into the intercooler. Because the wrx one is to small...

ya thats what i was thinkin but the sti intercooler is biger and i didnt know if it would make a difference

 

the sti splitter should fit just fine. you might also want to get the bellows for it while you are at it.

 

take the rubber trim piece off the bottom of the splitter when you get it on if you have a bigger TMIC. I would either leave it off, or go get some weather stripping (like the DIY front lip stuff) from HD and put it along the outside edge of the I/C. That way, you're getting the most airflow through the blades of the I/C...

 

and clear your headlights, lol
