I'm gonna give it a try myself. I picked up '05 WRX exhaust manifold cheap and new gaskets today (thanks Manny) and just some new grinding stones for the the dremel. Hook it vice and just work it slow and see what happens. If things look good, I will port the uppipe, wastegate and throttle body.

Still need an Accessport though

i would heat the manifold up that might help as well
