Idea: non-sti cluster sweep - Interior & Exterior Modification - NASIOC
this guy on nasioc is trying to work it out seems fun i might just do it i always liked that about the sti's cluster

Too much of a hasstle for not much payoff. Just buy a STI cluster.
Mine does it
and the rings fade in and out when the car is on and off.
