John: if there is one thing I learned, its to only give somone 2 days to provide a tracking number. If they dont provide a tracking number in those 2 days then, I would dispute the paypal payment so that the seller has not had the time to withdraw the funds and paypal can still seize the money.

 

post all info you have on him. ill see what i can dig up. had someone do the same type thing to me twice on there. i try to always get a work number too from nasicock people. a lil harassment can actually get you something sometimes.
