I would go with crucial honestly. Comparable to STI pinks, but for less than the price of prodrives. I had prodrives on my car and no problems with them at all, they were great. I have heard that crucials are fantastic though.

Some other springs to consider are swift, sti, and rce. Those are what would be pretty good for the performance aspects.
I plan on doing some autox next year when i get my license back.

But mostly just looking for a nice drop that won't make my car handle like ass.

I have a restricted license.

Meaning i can only drive to school and work which isn't too great.

I have loved my prodrives and highly recommend them for a dd...they are also a linear rate spring too.

H-Tech has always done well for me. I've had it them on my 04 WRX and STI.

If any of you have done the install yourself, was it relatively easy?

I've read that you need some goofy tool to take the the top nut of the assembly off.

Pic:

Obviously thats not the tool lol.

Thats the only thing that has me wondering if i can tackle this.

ya dudeman i did mine on an 04' wrx and the first front and the first rear will take you a little more time just cause you have never done it before, but the second one will be so smooth~ And for the rears you have to take out the back seat to get to where the towers come up... its not hard the a couple bolts
