Then the other side is that he spent a TOTAL of $1133 with TopSpeed and received near 15 hours of GOOD labor....

Thats a pretty normal labor rate, just around $75/hr. And it clearly seems like everything BUT "good" labor.

Ok, so Doug says he refunded the money for the tranny swap and found his missing parts, so if this is in fact true...what took so long? Why all the shadiness when he called/emailed about the status of his car?
