I tried to understand this also, but DAMN for poor grammar on the shops posting these replies( In the original NASIOC link above), etc... I predict the end result of this story will be work with what you have, and take your losses..

*cough* 1st Amendment *cough*

It doesn't matter what site it was posted on...we all have a right to know what's going on at local shops. This doesn't necessarily change my opinion of the shop because I do understand that there are always several sides to each story and I also understand that shit happens sometimes. Don't get all butthurt because people posted a thread from nasioc. The guy on nasioc just wants to share his experience and I don't blame him. I'd do the same thing.

well you posted the guys original post then didnt keep updates on the thread. topspeed is a fairly big company to "scam" someone. i read what doug had to say and I think the guy is way overreacting.

this story would be interesting to me if I didnt live 800 miles from there... Topspeed got my business when I order'd my rotated kit. Trey was awesome on the phone and even helped me work out a situation or two. I thought topspeed was great.
It really is too bad this guy has the issues he is having, but like its been said...there are too many variables that could have been left out that could change the story completely. You should always take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt.
