i just bought jons volks and the rims are on but they are rubbing on the strut towers like crazy u guys think some 5mm spacers will fix this or is this because im off allighnment

 

Id go get an alignment. What size tires, offset, width. I'd stay away from spacers as they put more stress on the wheel studs. Mastro just got a brand new alignment machine come on in and we'll fix it up for you.

What's the tire size? I think I remember Jon saying 235/xx/xx. I'd like to say an alignment would fix it but I'm not sure. The tires may be to wide for the drop the S-Techs provide. Do they rub while turning or going over bumps?

 

235-40-18 im sayin going stright on no bumps it rubs, i turned the wheel and put my hand to check the strut is about 1 to 2 inches away from the tire

69.95 for a four wheel alignment. Brand new Hunter alignment machine, shit is ill!

 

I would agree on the alignment being off, they were fine on mine, only rubbed when I was turning all the way. the offset is 46 by the way.
