i ran 235s on 17.5" rims and never had a problem. 8s could be different, but i really dont see how you could have that much negative camber or toe to knock it off.

also if you are driving on stock wheels i would bring your other wheels with you. maybe they can put them on there to make sure that it actually is the alignment
