Default Tuner preference

I know a lot of us here are partial to Snowman and SS. But me and some subie friends were talking and I am going to ask the question to everyone. If you could choose any tuner for your car, who would it be. What tuner would you choose if money, time, location, conveniece, or EM were not factors?

A couple of the most popular nationally known Subaru tuners include: Doug "Top speed", Jarred "PDX Tuning", SS "batleground", Gadiel Tuning, Jap trix, Burscher, Jester, XX tuning, machV, snowman........etc.

100% Jeff.. I have met some tuners in the pass and for the most part they can be pompus asses.

Jeff on other hand explains everything he is doing and is always there for you when you have a problem/question

well, my choice is SS. As i have said before and I will say it again, jeff is an awesome person and seems to tune very well. But, when you have been tuned multiple times by the same person, you tend to stick to that person. So, SS has my car in his hands. He will be my choice anytime.

Also, for those of you who think SS is hard to get down this way, he is not at all. If you need him that bad, organize a tuning session for yourself or b/t a couple of people. He is willing to come every month as long as he gets plane ticket money. So, customer service on his part...pretty good.

In addition to SS, he not only knows his tuning, but he also knows the "whole" car. You need info about suspension, wheels, tires, brakes, seats, body mods, motor mods, tranny mods, etc. he will know the ins and outs of the best parts for the car based on cost and name. He also knows where to find the cheapest price for the parts you need.

Is he kinda hard to get this way? sure; is he worth the wait if he isnt able to be here right away? yep. Does he help you when you are completely confused? haha yes.
