Default Turbo swap, what else do i need?

I'm swapping out my stock turbo for another stock turbo this weekend and was wondering what other parts I am going to need other than uppipe and downpipe to turbo gaskets. Also, does anyone have any tips or tricks?

you have all the parts you need...as suggested, definately put some pb blaster on there a bit ahead of time and let it soak in. stripping a stud will ruin your day

u should be fine its not a hard project. when u get finished take the car for a drive, make good boost and check for any unusual noises, if the uppipe gasket leakes it will make a distinct noise and you will have to tighten it. uppipe leakes are bad.

one thing a lot of people screw up and thus toast the motor is getting the oil drain line back on...
BE SURE that the return line is on that rubber hose!!
It really isn't bad at all...just time consuming

Also, inspect the condition of the brass washer that goes on the turbo oil feed banjo bolt. And don't lose said washer. Oh, and have some coolant around, because you'll lose some out of the coolant lines when you take them off and put them on the new turbo. Also depends on how well you can plug it up while they're disconnected.

Torque specs for the exhaust bolts are about 26ft-lbs. Oil feed line banjo bolt torque spec is 11.6ft-lbs according to service manual.
